Begin the journey with a peaceful Ganga Snan experience, taking a mindful moment by the sacred river and reconnecting with nature.
PRANA PAUSE — Your Janmashtami Weekend, Reimagined. Three days away from the noise, with yoga, nature, reflection and meaningful experiences in Rishikesh.
Prana means the life force — the vital energy within us. Pause is a moment to slow down, breathe and step away from the constant noise. Together, Prana Pause is an invitation to reconnect with your breath, your body, nature and perhaps a little more with yourself.
Maybe you just need a pause.

Designed for people who want a change of pace — not pressure. You do not need to be an experienced yogi. You simply need to be open to slowing down.
Hatha Yoga, gentle movement and breathwork.
Slow down and reconnect through mindful breathing.
Discover Rishikesh beyond the usual checklist.
Make space for stillness, reflection and creativity.
Share a thoughtfully curated small-group experience.
Go back with memories, perspective and a little more space to breathe.
Ganga, temples, yoga, meditation, nature and the people who make the journey meaningful.
Prana Pause is not only about staying in Rishikesh — it is about experiencing the river, the ghats, the temples and the quiet moments that make the journey meaningful.

Begin the journey with a peaceful Ganga Snan experience, taking a mindful moment by the sacred river and reconnecting with nature.

A serene riverside puja experience to pause, reflect and feel connected with the spiritual energy of Rishikesh.

Slow walks and quiet time beside the Ganga — perfect for reflection, photography and simply being present.

Explore the iconic bridge area, enjoy the river views and experience the lively yet soulful character of Rishikesh.

A peaceful ghat-side stop for sitting by the river, taking in the surroundings and enjoying a slower pace.

End the day with the beautiful atmosphere of Ganga Aarti — lamps, chants and the flowing river creating a memorable evening.
