These Terms govern Prana Pause, a 2 Nights / 3 Days Yoga & Wellness Retreat scheduled for 12–14 September 2026. By booking or participating, you agree to these Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Organiser & eligibility

Prana Pause is curated under Shantam Travel & Co., operated by JMKM INFOTECH, GSTIN 09FNTPS0832K1Z, at 169, Shop NG5, Gyan Khand 4, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad – 201014, Uttar Pradesh, India. Guests must be 25 years or above.

Price & payment

₹12,999 per person on double-sharing basis. ₹2,600 per person is payable as booking amount. ₹10,399 per person remains payable before check-in unless otherwise communicated in writing. A single room may be available at additional cost, subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Group size

Planned approximately 10–15 guests. Minimum 10 confirmed guests required. If we decide not to operate because minimum size is not achieved, 100% of amount paid to us towards the retreat booking will be refunded.

Activities & itinerary

The itinerary may reasonably change due to weather, roads, safety, restrictions, availability or operational circumstances. Optional activities remain optional. Waterfall participation and water dipping depend on weather and on-ground safety conditions. Guests must follow safety instructions.

Wellness activities

Yoga, breathwork, meditation and wellness activities are participated in according to personal comfort and capability. Relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or concerns that may affect participation should be disclosed. Seek independent medical advice if unsure about suitability. Activities do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Conduct

Alcohol and prohibited/intoxicating substances are not permitted during the retreat, activities or accommodation. Zero tolerance applies. A guest violating this may be removed, with no refund for unused services where permitted by law.

Photography & media

Photography/video may occur. Where a stated preference regarding identifiable promotional use is collected, reasonable efforts will be made to respect it; incidental background capture may occur.
