Cancellation & Refund Policy

Prana Pause | 12–14 September 2026

Booking amount

₹2,600 per person. Full retreat price: ₹12,999 per person. Remaining balance is payable separately before check-in.

Cancellation on or before 8 September 2026

Full ₹2,600 refund per person.

Cancellation after 9 September and on or before 11 September 2026

₹1,000 deduction per person; ₹1,600 refund per person.

No-show

No refund.

Organiser cancellation

If Prana Pause is cancelled by the organiser because the minimum 10 confirmed guests is not achieved, 100% of amount paid to us towards the retreat booking will be refunded. Other refunds required under applicable circumstances or law will be handled accordingly.

How to request cancellation

Email connect@shantamtravelco.com or contact Official WhatsApp/Phone +91 9999307376. Provide full name, registered phone number, booking reference if available and number of guests to cancel.

Once a valid request is processed and approved, refund initiation will use an appropriate method based on original payment and operational circumstances. Banking/payment processing times may vary. Statutory consumer rights are not intended to be restricted.
