Service booked: Prana Pause, a 2 Nights / 3 Days Yoga & Wellness Retreat, 4–6 September 2026, Rishikesh, with Delhi → Rishikesh → Delhi travel. Curated under Shantam Travel & Co., operated by JMKM INFOTECH.

Service type

This is an in-person retreat and travel-related service. No physical product is shipped.

Booking process

Guest submits required details; applicable booking amount is paid; payment is processed through the available provider; a booking/payment record is generated; booking-related communication is sent using registered contact details.

Payment

Booking amount: ₹2,600 per person. Remaining balance: ₹10,399 per person, payable before check-in at the retreat accommodation. Online payments may be processed using Razorpay or another provider made available at checkout, subject to provider terms.

After booking

Guests may receive confirmation, payment status, retreat information, reporting details, pickup instructions, travel coordination and other important operational updates via email, phone, WhatsApp or relevant channels. Confirmed guests receive applicable pre-departure information before the retreat and are responsible for monitoring registered contact channels.

Fulfilment

Services are scheduled to be delivered in person from 4 to 6 September 2026, subject to reasonable operational changes under the Terms. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
